Programme of a Grand Celebrity Concert by the Carmarthen Male Voice Choir with Guest Artistes in Capel Newydd, Llandeilo, on 15 of March 1962. The Conductor of the Carmarthen Male Voice Choir was Roy Davies; the Accompanist was Gwynfor Davies; among the ‘Artistes’ were Jean Allister, Richie Thomas and Richard Rees. The President was Idris Davies, Esq. JP, Wernlas, Talley. Proceeds were in aid of the Carmarthenshire Blind Society. Programme signed by Richard Rees and Jean Allister. The programme contains many advertisements which give a rich insight into the town’s businesses.
