Description
This photograph was taken after the surrender of Argentine forces in the Falklands war of 1982. It shows RN Sailor Laurence Brown ashore from HMS Penelope as he goes about his duties. Laurence can be heard recounting his memories of these trips ashore in his interview published on the archive.
