Description

This is a photograph of a sculpture that can be seen on the side of Lichfield Cathedral and depicts a historical important figure relevant to the Cathedral. Harry sculpted this sometime during his early career, believing that it may have been created in the late 1940s. He believes it is of Canon Kempson but I am unable to find a reference to a Canon by this name at time of publishing. Harry signposts the scroll depicted at the side of the head, which is significant to the person.
