Description

Artist Lily Hutter is working on creating a collage as part of the Valleys Re-told Project. The project was headed by Community Learning co-ordinator Klara Scroka who encouraged the artists of Dowlais Visual Art Group to experiment with collage as part of a response to a painting 'Merthyr Blues', Heinz Koppel 1954. Heinz Koppel was an artist working in the Dowlais Settlement during that era.
