Description

Llandow air disaster 1950 photograph
Showing the 78 passengers on Friday March 10th about to board the fatal aircraft bound for Ireland. It crashed near Cowbridge as it returned on the Sunday. Mr Francis, bottom left, worked for the airline and was concerned that 4 extra seats were loosely fitted at the rear. The only survivors were in these seats.
