Description
This is an original film of an interview with Mr Norman Kenney, who completed national service in the Royal Army Service Corps between 1956 and 1958. In this interview, Norman gives an extraordinary insight into the life of a National service soldier of the late 1950's. You will hear Norman talk about daily life and some harrowing incidents, that occurred during his service in Cyprus, when the EOKA terrorist group were active. The interview is also interspersed with humour that belies Norman's outlook on life.
