Description

This is a photograph of a British Army Lorry of 58 Company Royal Army Service Corps, passing through a small village in Cyprus circa 1963. This image is used to illustrate the Lorry that RASC Soldier Norman Kenney rode in and refers to in his interview published on the West Wales Veterans Archive. Notice the soldier standing up in the middle of the cab, holding a Rifle. Norman makes reference to this practise in his story. Thanks to the Imperial War Museum for allowing this image to be used for educating the viewers of Norman's film.
