Description

This is a photograph of the certificate which was issued by the Royal Navy Engineering branch at HMS Victory circa 1944 to Chief Stoker Charles Pope RN. The original document remains with the family. Photographs and documents relating to Charles RN career can be viewed in the Charles Pope collection online at the West Wales Veterans Archive.
