Description

Carriage driving is a form of competitive horse driving in harness in which larger two or four wheeled carriages are pulled by either a single horse, a tandem (pair) as seen here or a four-in-hand team. This photograph of The Anglesey Tandem Club dates from 1895, and is taken at Treborth Hall, the mountains of Eryri can be seen in the background.
