Photograph of Margiad Roberts, daughter of Eleanor Roberts (contributor).
Margiadwas born in Garndolbenmaen, and had an interest from early life in writing. She won the Prose Medal at the National Eisteddfod in Porthmadog in 1987, and went on to create the Tecwyn y Tractor series of books for children.
