Click on image to enlarge and compare the two photographs taken in 1957 and 2009.
The first photo, taken in 1957 shows newly built housing on the left, Capel Tegid with the white statue of Thomas Charles in front and Christ Church. The other, taken in 2009, shows further new housing, but also how little Bala has changed in nearly 50 years.
