Description
A dedication to No. 4 Siege Company, Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers, signed by the Brigadier General, and presented on his departure from the Xth Corps of the Royal Engineers. He congratulates the Company on their contribution in the Ypres Salient and to the overall success of the operations at Messines during the First World War.
