These are pages 66-67 from the booklet Barry for Varied Enjoyment: The Gem of Welsh Seaside Resorts published by Barry Urban District Council Town Development Committee. The booklet is undated but probably from 1930s.
These pages advertise Fortes Ice Cream Parlour (300 varieties) and Ices at Ben's Bar. Both advertisements stress the quality of their ice cream - highest food value, nutritious and very rich in vitamins!
