This is part of correspondence on medical statistics in the area of Merthyr and Dowlais works were included in 1860.
This picture shows the front of the draft response letter for the number of incidents that required medical attention, and the costs involved. It complains about restructuring service for the benefit of the Dowlais Iron Works.
