Description

This is the Clive Arms in about 1885 before its rebuild in 1895. The pub was called the 'Black Lion' before being renamed, in 1831, by the Windsor-Clive family. The owner, Mr. Morgan, wearing bowler hat, was also a farmer of 30 acres.
