Description
John George Edwards (known as Jack) from Llandrindod Wells joined the Herefordshire Regiment as a private (although he was actually under-age, having been born in 1898). He is seen here wearing the uniform of the Herefordshire Regiment, with his sister Annie. Jack later served with the Lancs. Fusiliers at Gallipoli and on the Western Front.
