Description

John Jones, who worked as a quarryman in Blaenau Ffestiniog before the war, served as a sapper in the Royal Engineers on the Western Front, before being wounded by a bomb on 1 July 1916. He brought home this pistol, manufactured by the Bacon Manufacturing Company of Norwich, Connecticut.
