Description
Mr Oliver served in WWII as a naval officer. He was Geography teacher at Llandrindod Wells Grammar School, an excellent local historian and was an authority on the artist Thomas Jones of Pencerrig. Many of his articles appeared in the 'Transactions of the Radnorshire Society'.
