A silver plated tankard with the inscription:

No.8 DISTRICT POLICE TRAINING CENTRE, BRIDGEND. PRESENTED BY THE COMMANDANT AND STAFF TO C.D.St. Q. FLETCHER LL.B DEPUTY COMMANDANT 1.10.1957 TO 12.3.1960.

Dep. Commandant Fletcher was a Cardiff City Poolice officer. He left to become Head of Police Training with the Hong Kong Police.

Base of tankard stamped Walker & Hall, Shefffield.
