Description
A photograph taken from a British army helicopter hired out to the Glamorgan Constabulary in 1967. Photo shows Police Headquarters on Cowbridge Road, Bridgend. To the back of Headquarters is Bridgend Industrial Estate. The estate is in a transitional period turning it from what was the Royal Ordnance Factory into an industrial estate. In the foreground is the former Costain Concrete on a site which is now occupied by Tesco.
