Hope that helps: Type: Phylite with Quartz crystals, zinc blend Geological Age: Precambrian Location: Cemlyn - North coast of Anglesey Historic Info: Shows how rock can be forced together by huge geological processes such as earthquakes. This red philite and quartz vein shows tectonic processes, with quartz forming in cavities.
