Description

3 Generations of slate quarrymen, John Rowlands (grandfather ), Tom Rowlands (father ) and Ken Rowlands ( son ).They all lived in Ceinws, Esgairgeiiog and were Julia Gunn's, father, grandfather and great grandfather. The lunch box belonged to John Rowlands and the slate splitter also belonged to him.
