Brassard made from black ribbed cotton, appliquéd with the badge of the St John Ambulance Association Voluntary Aid Detachment. Belonged to Muriel Lennox, Muriel Lennox, a VAD nurse and a member of the St John Ambulance Association Barry Nursing Division.
