Description

Letter dated November 23rd 1917.
The letter reports on a conference held in 10 Downing Street on October 19th 1917 to consider the advisability of establishing aNational Fund for the the welfare of the Sailors and Soldiers of Wales, and their dependents. It is signed by M. Lloyd George and Owen Thomas.
The letter was found by Charlie Downes while clearing the old Cambrian News offices in Terrace Road, Aberystwyth.
