Cardiff - PC's Food & Drink Factory: drawing by Falcon Hildred, 1986
Pencil and watercolour drawing.
The artist concentrates the viewer's attention on this food factory in Cardiff, reducing the surrounding streets and terraced house to a series of skeletal pencil lines. The terraces have since been demolished and replaced by modern housing and industrial units. The building is now used as a pub, and the 'PC' on its original signage now stands for Poet's Corner.
