Description

Aerial view of Aberdaron at the end of the Lleyn and the start of the most dangerous part of the ancient Pilgrims on their pilgrimage to the Island of 20.000 saints, Bardsey Island or Enlli (meaning the 'island in the currents'). Now that the All Wales Coastal Path has been completed, unless you are in an airplane, the best view of Bardsey is from the Mynydd Mawr mountain to the left of the image. Taken 26.June 2005.
