Description

Another aerial view of Llanddwyn Island, named after the female Saint Dwynwen who is celebrated as the Welsh St Valentine. Note the sea wall on the right by the light beacon and old lifeboat house to afford shelter to the boathouse, thus creating a calmer condition for the crews in more turbulent weather. Taken 26 January 2006.
