Description

An authorisation certificate issued to Police Constable Ross Mather of the South Wales Constabulary Traffic Division. Not all police officers were authorised to check and test parts and accessories of a motor vehicle, This certificate gives authorisation for the Constable to do so. This certificate dates from the late 1970s.
