Description

A pair of flying goggles presumably used by James Alexander during World War 1 as a pilot for the Royal Air Force. James Alexander Atkins was born on 25 July 1898 and passed away in the year 1974. He became a cadet on 22 Feb 1917. He graduated from the Royal Air Force on 1 Apr 1918 and was deployed to Egypt on 4 Oct 1917 (presumably mid training).
