Grave in memory of Anne Stephens in area A at St John's church, Ysbyty Cynfyn (A82). See plan for area A for the grave's location in the graveyard.
Inscription A82: ER COF AM ANNE/ Gwraig STEPHEN STEPHENS./ Troedrhiwfach yn y plwyf/ hwn yr hon a fu farw/ 4ydd o chwefror 1857. yn 43 oed./ DANAF MAE LLWCH MAM DYNER. A PHRIOD/ HOFF RYWIOG EI THYMHER;/ EHEDODD YN EI HOYWDER, EI HOES GU NI BU OND BER./ DU OER LE MEWN DAEAR LAITH A GEFAIS/ AR OL CYSTYDD HIRFAITH,/ Y BEDD TU DIWEDD Y DAITH/ AC WELE, BYW WYF EILWAITH.
Description: stone is carved inside to look like a monument you would find inside a church on the wall. There is also a shrouded urn carved in the top.
This grave was photographed as part of a Graveyard Survey carried out with the help of volunteers in 2013.
