Description

Randall Philips and his wife, Myra, 1935 'Fferm Brasil'. Randall was the son of Thomas Benbow Philips, who pioneered efforts to establish a Welsh settlement in Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil in 1850. Thomas Benbow Phillips moved to the Chubut Province in 1872, and named his farm 'Fferm Brasil' (Brazil Farm).
