My paternal Grandparents - William Evans and, on his left, Anne (nee Williams) Anne born c1872 in Cnwc Melyn, Nebo to Catherine Williams 1837-1921, a single mother, her father Morgan 1806-1874 and mother Anne 1811-c1843.

I think my Dad said the other lady was a cousin. This would have been taken in Cilcennin, maybe for a wedding? My Grandparents lived at quite a number of houses in the area.... Cnwc Melyn, Rhiwlas Arms, Orffaddu, Cilcennin, Ty Canol, Cilcennin, Bidarren, Cilcennin, Penrhiw, Cilcennin... and quite possibly even more!
