Description

Ingredients



  • one large cupful sucan meal (or oatmeal)

  • one quart tepid water



Method



  • Steep the meal in the water overnight.

  • Strain through a very fine sieve and add a little water if the mixture is too thick.

  • Boil, stirring continuously, for about five minutes.

  • Pour over pieces of bread in a bowl.
