Description

Ingredients

‘new’ milk taken from the second milking after a cow has calved
warm water
sugar
salt
a little ground nutmeg


Method

Half fill a pudding dish with warm water and dissolve the sugar and salt in it.
Then fill the remainder of the with the ‘new’ milk.
Sprinkle with a little nutmeg and bake slowly in a cool oven.
