Description
The presentation to the winner of the Open Road Race. If this is 1977 the
winner was from Merseyside (Liverpool Mercury, East Liverpool Wheelers
or Port Sunlight) and was either Phil Thomas or Phil Looby. Ken Williams is there and the man in the dark suit and tie was the event sponsor.
