Description
A newspaper article describing the plans to resettle residents from Llanfrechfra Grange Hospital into the community. These plans were met with strong opposition from community and family groups who felt the hospitals had failed them and their loved ones in providing under-adequate care for them despite promising the hospitals were the safest places for people with learning disabilities.
