Description

Held in the Library of Wales' Temple of Peace in Cardiff under the guardianship of the Welsh Centre for International Affairs, the Women's Peace Petition - signed by 390,296 women across Wales - was put together in 1923-24 as an appeal from the women of Wales to the women of America, calling for their support to persuade the United States to join the League of Nations.
