Draft of the Constitution for the Riverside Community Festival Association. The Constitution details the name and powers of the organisation, membership and management, officers and explanations about the Annual General Meetings.
Riverside Festival in Cardiff is a vibrant, multi-cultural community and arts festival which takes place in August every year, and started in 2010. It is organised by Riverside Festival Committee, which is made up of local residents and community and youth workers who work in Riverside.
