Description

A rare pair of handcuffs stamped with the police force name.... 'Glamorgan Constabulary'. Issued to police officers of that county force around about the 1930's - 1940's . Manufactured by Hiatt of Birmingham. Part of the Ross Mather Police Memorabilia of Wales Collection.
