Letter written to Thomas Benbow Phillips by Randal Callander of the British Consul at Rio Grande, dated 26 December 1872
The Consul asked Thomas Benbow Phillips to ask Captain Ted of the “Comitila” to call by his house, so that he could relay some information about one of his late sailors, who was going to Montevideo.
