Description
Cardiff Corporation Tramways and Motor Omnibuses souvenir book of 10 pages, presented to a volunteer Ronald Pritchard for his loyal service to the city of Cardiff as a Volunteer Conductor during the period of National Emergency from 3 to 14 May 1926.
The souvenir books were presented to volunteers by the Cardiff Corporation Tramways and Motor Omnibuses and Lord Mayor to recognise and celebrate the voluntary work carried out during a period of National Emergency in May 1926. Thanks to these loyal volunteers public services continued during this period of general strike.
