Description

F. A. Legg writes to Captain Trewren with regard to the investigation which is being conducted into the disturbance at the mine. He says that it would not be possible for him to conduct the investigation personally since the work would have to be undertaken by a Welsh speaker. Legg states that he has 'every confidence in Mr Evans's impartiality', and he awaits the report into the investigation very soon.
