Description
This letter was sent to Lord Newborough by Colonel Pennant, Caernarfon, 31 May 1846.
Colonel Pennant explains that he arrived in the area on Saturday. On Monday, he had a conversation with Captain Wynne, who is in command of the troops which have been sent to the area, and who gave him an account of the events which had taken place since the apprehension of several rioters at Penmaen-mawr last Wednesday.
