Description
1 drawing : pencil with watercolour and gouache ; 420 x 325 mm.
Title supplied by cataloguer. Drawn on a sheet of watercolour paper from a spiral bound sketch book (perforations along upper edge), with lower edge unevenly trimmed. White coloured gouache used recto, to the right of portrait to correct / mask the black ink from portrait, verso. Verso, ink self-portrait drawing (215 x 185 mm.) initialled. (Although in different mediums, both appear to have been done about the same time, but this ink portrait, appears to be executed first.)
