Description
This leaflet was printed in Gaiman, Patagonia, on 29 April 1884. It was written by Gutyn Ebrill (G. Griffiths), Secretary of 'Pwyllgor Difyniad y Wladva' (the Welsh Settlement's Defence Committee). The leaflet lists the resolutions made by the above committee in a meeting held on 28 April. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the measures that were introduced to strengthen military defences in the face of possible attacks from native Patagonians.
