Description

Mr Paul Dean, MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, chatting to Mr W. G. Roberts of Landeilo, who won the Department of Health and Social Security Challenge Shield in the 1971 National Handicrafts and Arts Exhibition, for his rota cane shopping basket. The shield is awarded for the entry showing the most outstanding achievements having regard to the limitations and difficulties imposed by the Pensioner's disablement.
