Description
Rosemary Dixie, daughter of Gwyn Dixie who was an Elder of the Presbyterian Church of Wales, Corporation Road (before it became known as Community House, Eton Road) in the 1960s describes what it actually means to be an Elder and what the responsibilities of the position entailed.
