Description
Plas Mawr, High Street, Conwy has been described as the ‘finest Elizabethan townhouse in Britain’. Tree-ring dating commissioned by the Dating Old Welsh Houses community project dated it to between 1576 and 1585. Owned by Cadw, the house is open to the public.
