Description
A purpose-built village for employees of the Dowlais Iron Works in the nineteenth century, Pengarnddu essentially no longer exists. However for at least four decades a substantial proportion of its residents were 'Mormons' - members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
