Description
The 'Minecraft Your Museum' Competition invited 6-11 year old learners to use their imaginations to build their dream museum in Minecraft. This competition was launched by Amgueddfa Cymru - National Museum Wales during the COVID-19 lockdown period, to encourage creativity and digital skills while pupils were learning at home.
This entry by Marc, Zack and Matthew Chatfield from Casllwchwr Primary School won first prize in the 'Group entry' category. Congratulations Marc, Zack and Matthew!
About Marc, Zack and Matthew's museum: They worked together to create a replica of Cardiff Museum with some changes to make the design unique. They really love Minecraft so used the museum to showcase the many different blocks, mobs, animals and other unusual creatures found in that world, including those in the latest Nether update. Each child gave the museum their own touch and were all involved in filling it with displays. The video is narrated by Marc.
